VetDeals4U is a deal analyzer built for veterans. Here's how to get the most out of it.

Screen a Deal
Tap Screen in the tab bar. Enter the property address, purchase price, monthly rent, units, taxes, insurance, and loan details. Hit Analyze.

Read Your Score
Your deal gets a 0–100 weighted score. Strong Deal (70+), Decent Deal (50–69), Marginal (30–49), or Weak Deal (<30). The verdict tells you the bottom line.

Deep Dive
After screening, tap Deep Dive for a full breakdown: Cash Flow, Cap Rate, DSCR, CoC Return, Equity, 1% Rule, and more — with explanations for each metric.

Save & Compare Deals
Tap Save Deal to store it. View all saved deals from the Home feed or tap See All. Rate deals with stars to track your favorites.

VA Mode
Enable VA Mode in Profile → VA Defaults to pre-fill your entitlement, funding fee status, and occupancy type. It adjusts your deal analysis for VA loan terms automatically.

DTI Check
Tap DTI Check on the Home screen to calculate your Debt-to-Income ratio against VA's 41% threshold before applying for a loan.
